THE METHOD
Every session moves through the same arc: what the mind holds, what the body carries, and what the two become when they point in the same direction. The prompts change with the audience. The structure does not.
ACT ONE · ACCESS
Our stories begin in the landscape of our minds, waiting to be discovered. Brilliance first reveals itself through what we choose to remember, name, and say aloud.
STORYTELLING
Tell a story about the best day of your life.
What sensory details stand out most sharply? How did this shape your understanding of joy, and of chance?
RELATIONAL MEMORY
Tell a story about someone who changed you.
How has this echoed through your other relationships? What qualities drew you then that still influence what you reach for now?
MEDITATION
What wonder have you preserved?
Innocence, motivation, education. Find the childhood curiosity that survived adulthood, and the lesson no teacher gave you.
ACT TWO · EXPERIENCES
Our bodies carry the wisdom of our experiences, teaching us through sensation and presence. What the mind forgets, the body continues to remember.
STORYTELLING
Tell a story about your most audacious dream.
What physical sensations arise when you revisit it? What small evidence already suggests it is quietly unfolding?
PERCEPTION
Tell a story about how you categorize the people around you.
How has your system both served and limited you, and when have you been delightfully wrong about someone?
SELF-CARE
When does care feel like freedom?
Discipline, success, diversity. Notice the routine that liberates rather than confines, and the quiet successes no one thinks to celebrate.
ACT THREE · BETTER PRACTICES
Our soul speaks through integration, when mind and body align with purpose. Brilliance is what remains when every part of you is pointed in the same direction.
STORYTELLING
Tell a story about the most profound wisdom you have heard.
How has that wisdom continued to unfold new meanings over time? What truth do you understand now that your former self could not grasp?
PERSONAL DIARIES
What daily practice aligns you?
Distinguish authentic purpose from conditioned desire. Name the intention that, once set, redirected the course of your life.
LEADERSHIP
How do you lead without title?
Recognize how you already lead by example. Your perspective guides others through uncertainty, and vulnerability only enlarges that capacity.
INTEGRATION
The purpose of the exercise is not to answer a question, but to keep asking it. These five close every full engagement.
ONE
What recurring themes emerged across your stories?
TWO
Which parts of yourself feel most awakened?
THREE
What brilliance did you uncover that was hidden?
FOUR
How will you honor this in daily practice?
FIVE
What story are you ready to write next?
Tell us your audience, format, and goals. We will recommend the right shape for the session.
For HR, L&D, teams, conferences, schools, and community organizations.
